At Slenderpane® we manufacture slim glass units, for trade customers only, that allow the use of thermally efficient Slim Double Glazing where normally only single glazing would be allowed by planning and conservation officers.

Comprising only top quality components, the high specification Slim Double Glazed Units (commonly known as slimlite or heritage units) have ultra slim sightlines that allow elegant, traditional fixed glazing bars to preserve the period character of the building, whether listed or within a conservation area.Handmade glazed units

Slim units are most commonly 11mm (4 x 4 x 3), 12mm (4 x 4 x 4) and 14mm (4 x 6 x 4) and sight lines are a standard 7mm or 6mm with the Heritage spacer.

Slenderpane has been providing slim double glazed units since 2011 and as a leading UK provider take the industry standards extremely seriously. Having worked with Edgetech, who themselves are the leading manufacturer of warm edge technology, our Heritage Sealed Units have been tested and achieved full accreditation in compliance with EN1279 parts 2 & 3.

We have certificates for the our Insulated Glass Units and Gas Specification.

We use the latest technology to ensure our consistent high quality with an attention to detail throughout all our products.

We are producing toughened glass for our own units down to a size of 120mm x 120mm in our workshop.
