Delivery Policy
At Slenderpane we are constantly working to give the best service as well as the best units. To give more flexibility and cost effectiveness we are now changing the way we present delivery costs. There is no increase in costs.
Many customers have multiple orders and require their deliveries to be batched thereby only incurring one delivery cost for several orders. To accommodate this, we will no longer include delivery costs on each individual quotation. Delivery will be charged separately, invoiced for each delivery. Please ensure that you take into account any delivery costs as this will not be shown on your quote.
Delivery Options
Courier
All our courier deliveries are handpacked, bubble wrapped and in our bespoke boxes.
- Up to 24kg starting from £40.00
- Isle of Wight – starting from £145.00
- Channel Islands – starting from £185.00
- For all courier deliveries over 200 units are free
Slenderpane Van Delivery
- Starting from £50 to Postcodes – NN, MK, OX, HP, LU, SG, AL, RG, GU, SP, BH, SO, RH, BN, SL, KT, TW, UB, HA, WD, NW, W, SW, SM, CR, N, WC, SN
- Starting from £70 to Postcodes – GL, BA, DT, TN, CV
- For All Deliveries Over 100 Units Delivery Is Free
Please note we offer curb side deliveries only.
We are however always happy to supervise and assist our customers if required.
Collection can be made on the dispatch date. Courier Deliveries will be dispatched on the dispatch date and delivered the following working date.
Van deliveries will be scheduled for your area and will be delivered within 2/3 days of the dispatch date.
Courier deliveries cannot be timed but AM deliveries are available for an additional cost of £10.00.

Delivery Dates
The following delivery dates will generally apply for dispatch.
- Annealed Units – 6 Working Days
- Toughened Units – 9 Working Days
- Shaped Units – An Additional 2 Working Days (From Receipt Of Templates)
- Units Over 1.50 SQ.M. – An Additional 2 Working Days
- Leaded Units – An Additional 5 Working Days
- Special Glasses/Make Up – TBA
Orders Received After 1.00pm Will Be Processed The Following Working Day.
