Terms and Conditions for SLENDERPANE LTD

  1. Introduction

Welcome to Slenderpane Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and supply of glass products and related services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

  1. Products and Specifications
  • All products are manufactured according to industry standards and specifications provided at the time of order.
  • Variations in colour, thickness, or finish may occur due to the nature of glass manufacturing.
  1. Orders and Acceptance
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Confirmation of order must be emailed with ‘PLEASE PROCEED’ as confirmed.
  • A written Order Acknowledgement will be provided upon acceptance of your order.
  1. Templates
  • All templates MUST be supplied as hardboard or plywood for shaped units
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Full payment must be made upon acceptance of orders unless credit terms have been agreed otherwise.
  • All credit account must be paid promptly.
  1. Delivery

We  reserve the right to amend the final invoice at the point of invoicing or delivery to more accurately reflect the actual order delivered.  This may include, but is not limited to , adjustments for:

  • Orders consolidated and delivered together.
  • Oversized or overweight packages
  • Additional handling or packaging requirements.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., transport issues, bad weather).

Estimated Delivery Charges for Account Customers

For account customers only:  Please note that any delivery charge provided at the quotation stage is an estimate,  Final delivery charges may vary based on actual delivery conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Consolidated shipments
  • Oversized or overweight packages
  • Special handling requirements

Any adjustments will be reflected in the final invoice.

  1. Risk and Ownership
  • Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
  • All units musts be inspected upon arrival (within 7 days) for any defects. Anything thereafter will be at the owners risk.
  • Ownership remains with Slenderpane Ltd until full payment is received.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Custom or made-to-order glass products are non-returnable.
  • Natural occurring defect will only be replace at companies own discretion.
  • Standard products may be returned within 7 working days if unused and in original packaging, subject to inspection.
  1. Warranty
  • We warrant that our products are free from manufacturing defects for delivery.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, installation, or external factors.
  • Refer to our website for further warranty guidance.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
  1. Health and Safety
  • Glass products must be handled and installed by qualified tradesmen.
  • We are not liable for injuries resulting from improper handling.
  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued business with us constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
